Copyright Policy

This site contains only our own text and outbound links; it stores no performer images or videos. If you still find something here that you believe infringes a copyright you own or represent, we will deal with it under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Sending a takedown notice

Open the contact form, pick the topic "Copyright (DMCA)" and include all of these points, otherwise we cannot act on the notice:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are affected.
  2. The precise address (URL) on jerk-off-together.com where the material you object to appears.
  3. Your full name, postal address, phone number and an email address where we can reach you.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature; typing your full legal name is enough.

Complete notices are reviewed promptly. Where justified, we remove or disable the material and let you know.

Counter-notification

If text of yours was removed and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification through the same form. It needs your name, address and phone number, the URL where the material appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found), your agreement to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice, and your signature. Unless the complaining party informs us within 10 to 14 business days that it has filed a court action, the material may be restored.

Material on other websites

Shows, profiles and recordings on cam sites we link to are hosted by those sites, not by us. Please send takedown requests for that material directly to the site concerned; established platforms all run their own copyright desk.

Suspected abuse of a minor

If you come across anything that might depict a person under 18, do not send it to us. Report it straight away to the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or by phone at 1-800-843-5678, and to the platform where you saw it.
